Badly treated

Items were purchased at Ellies to which due to a lack of enough stock an order was placed to collect the remainder of stock, a promise was made to receive stock at 2pm the following day, at around 1:30pm I merely went to check my stock and was brutally confronted by the owner and wife in presents of staff members an argument erupted in disgust of a demeaning tone. An exchange of vulgar was made, was told to take my money an F... k off. He claims his trucks had problems, no calls were made to notify me that the stork wont be available.
