McCarthy Ford Silverlakes is so unprofessional

Mc Ford Silverlakes is so unprofessional this is my 3rd incident with them. I ordered a Focus with FordSA, the vehicle was delivered at Ford S in Apr. I phoned MC last week spoke to a few people, They told me sorry the car is not there yet. So yesterday I decided to go there myself. They still claim the car is not there&they called Ford SA who informed them that the vehicle was delivered at MC on 24thApr13.Hennie went to search for the vehicle&he found my Focus full of dust because it's been there for 3weeks, no 1 in MC knew about this. This car could have been &no one would have known. They blamed (Madelein) Hannes assisted me; he was the only one willing to assist me. He informed me today that I will only get my car on Mon, I need it tomorrowChris is on leave, today I spoke to his asst Johan Pienaar but no luck there, he is just as unprofessional He told me that MC is not at fault&the blame should be onFord SA.He will rather blame someone else than to admit they have a problem at the dealership All I want is to be assisted&treated like a valuable client, is that too much to ask? I do not really care who was at fault, but u would expect a seemingly reputable dealership to take ownership.
