Lazarus Ford Centurion - thieving employees

My car went in for a service at Lazarus Ford service station in Pretoria. When I dropped my car off, after dealing with all paperwork, I completely forgot to take the money out of my car that I had left in the ashtray. When I collected my car in the afternoon, the money was taken. Now, I don't care who had taken the money, I care that the money was taken in the first place, and that after this was reported the response I got back from the lady, Annelize, is "We spoke to the workers at both wash bays and, and, and... and they said there was no money in the car, but you said there was money in the car... so askies". It infuriates me that corruption on such a small scale can't even be taken care of properly and that it is the client who has to accept the losses. It infuriates me that the client is given the blame for not removing everything from the car, when truth is the people who work with the car must keep their paws out of places and off things that they shouldn't' touch!!! So, like everything else in South Africa, the criminal gets away with and I, the customer who pays for my service plan so that the service station can be paid is expected to cut the losses!!
