No new car mats supplied with new ca

I purchased a new Ford Fiesta from Lazarus Centurion, I realized the car did not come with car mats. They only supplied cheap rubber mats. These mats move around and are extremely dangerous. I nearly make an accident because of this and I contacted the dealer. They told me none of the cars come with proper mats we need to buy them. This was not told to me the day I got the car. I spoke to the sales person and the manager and they are not willing to help me. I contacted Ford head office and not even they are willing to help me. This has been the worst service I 've ever received. The sales person did not do her job and now the customer should pay for her mistake!
