Hi recently had to hire a car from Europcar, due to my car being in for repairs. I had to hire from them twice in one month and up to now I have only received half of my deposit back from the one rental. After various emails and phone calls, I have still not received any feedback. I even mentioned to them that I just need an invoice for whatever they billed me so that I can claim it back from my company, but still nothing. I am at a loss for who else to contact, as it seems like it doesn't matter who I contact, no one is getting back to me or giing me any form of feedback. I have always enjoued dealing with Europcar, but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
