So i took my car in for a service on 15/11/13 to McCarthy VW, where i always send my car due to the exceptional service that i have always received, unfortunately my last experience has left a bad taste. I left my car in the morning for the service which was carried out during the day and when i returned to collect my vehicle all was good and well.

After i left i had noticed that my rain sensor cap was broken off and i immediately contacted nico to ask about what had happened. He informed me that he would check up on the matter and would get back to me, this was on a friday, by monday i had not heard from him and decided to try and contact him. He was unavailable so i left a message for him. On thursday i had still not heard from him and called again, still unavailable and so i left another message. It is now the 26th and still have not heard from him.

This is really poor service on VW's part. Is this the way to treat loyal customers?
