More than Double Charged by Eezi Move

Should have looked at these complaints before booking Eezi Move.

Was charged significantly significantly extra for my move! My parents move a house and I moved a small flat. My bill turned out to be double. The same size truck was used and was totally full for my parents move. For my move it was less than half full, but my bill was double. Also their move took place two months, back and the distance of the move was almost the same. We tried to enquire and get an answer, only to be to, stating that because I changed by pick up time I was charged extra. Further investigations to the Manager, only resulted in us getting verbally abused by him. His answer is that they do not have to explain to their customers how they do their quotes. My last communication to them has gone unanswered.

I have used this company multiple times over the years for moves. I even recommended them to my parents for their move. No only have they lost my business forever, but I will ensure that this experience is shared every time someone is looking for a removal reference.

Also interesting to see that Eezi Move is not a company that responds to these complaints on Hello Peter! That says a lot!
