Lost out BIG time

Good day Nissan

I own a Nissan X-trail 2. XE which was bought last year August at Retail Price, as I like to keep up to date with the vehicle's current value I get an evaluation every six months or so, middle of the year it was worth R245, 000 a drop of R 70, 000 which was difficult to take but to a degree understandable as it was a new car, I then got an evaluation today 25/11/2013 and it has dropped down to R150, 000 due to a special Nissan is running on this model??? thus a Drop of R165, 000.00 over just more than one year (More than its current value) how is this possible and why am I suffering because of a special being run???

Rest assured if some day I might be able to sell it, I will NOT be shopping at Nissan for a replacement, and I will make sure my friends and family do not either
