Recon diff on a new bakkie afer 2800 km

I bought a brand new Nissan MP300 from The Satinsky group, bakkie was supplied from Melrose Nissan and delivered 17 Aug 2013. After 2800 km the diff siezed up on 6 oct 2013. nissan SA had the bakkie towed to Magol nissan as im staying in Laphalale and its my nearest dealer. After inspection by Magol Nissan, Hannes Coetzee told me on the pre delivery inspection at Melrose nissan the inspection/fuller bold on the diff was not fitted back propperly and got lost while driving. i Got nissan sa involved when i heard thay only gone recon the diff at gearmax, this bakkie got a 3 year warrenty on it, magol nissan said its nissan protocall and a new diff will not be install. The delivary date was perspone twice, yesterday 23 oct 2013 i was gona get my bakkie back from what i was told by Nissan sa, magol Nissan only phoned me 16h30 yesterday to tel me they cant get it fixed and is sending it to gearmax pietersburg. Why cant they just fit a new diff in my new bakkie, why a recon dif, whey are the sending the bakkie to the guys that could not even fix the diff in the fist place. i will never buy a nissan ever, and i will tell my friends of my experiance!!!
