Useless, late and bad attitude

I work with many courier companies and i just want to add i wish i never have to deal with them again. we loaded a notification for a parcel to be collected the monday (with the note call 10minutes before arrival at the address-as no one sits and waits at home for a courier company - everyone has a job) The parcel was supposed to be collected on Tuesday. On wednesday when no one arrived, i followed up several times and the arrangement for collection were made for the wednesday (with the agreement that a 10minute call will be given) - like every courier company does. When the afternoon came no one pitched AGAIN. the excuse: they called (no missed calls) and were at my house and were knocking (funny - i have palisades)-dont know how they can knock! New arrangement: Thursday (3days late) they stopped at home with out calling me. when their office called me to say the driver is home i rushed home in 5mins! But just to find he left! My helper said he screamed at her and left very rudely without wanting to wait.after complaints, they refused to assist the evening as well, instead i had to take my parcel to a remote location to accommodate them and still they are rude.
