Hi Fellow Consumers

I have recently experienced the worst service imaginable from Gomoto / Jonway in Kayasands.

First off I bought a scooter for my Wife from the Branch in Centurion and within the first week we had problems with the scooter stalling on idle, so we took it in with a promise that it will be working that very afternoon.

2 days later we got the scooter back less than fully functioning, less than a couple of days later we took it back, same deal as before empty promises.

After doing this several times we decided to go to the source deciding the Head Office of Gomoto is the better bet.

We were wrong after their first service the bike was worse off than ever with it stalling even while giving it gas and even cutting out completely.

We took it back citing Consumer Laws and that we will have them replace the bike if it was not in working condition, and after that service it worked for a couple of weeks right up until the 6 month warranty period --- Typical!

Upon phoning them and speaking to Lourens he came off as rude and extremely sarcastic - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Needless to say I was not impressed and would not recommend buying any Gomoto!
