A Warenty claim that takes for eve

I bought a new NP200 for the reason I work in Ellisras and stay in Witbank. The NP200 Has done 42000 km and the starter moter broke. No problem when I took it to Nissan they said we will repair it but we don't have stoke and they first need to get a report on the starter then they can get a claim number this will take round about 3 days. A week has sins passed when I phoned Nissan SA and ask them how long does it take to fix a warenty claim they said THEY CANT GIVE ME A TIME. Okay im still with out my car after a week the lady at the agent told me that their is lots of papper work to be done for a claim. I would like to know why is this my problem?? I don't have transport for a week now but I must pay the hole instalment the end of the mont, is that fair? I buy a new car that I could afford at the time, at the time it was my million rand car just like the guy who bought a Ferrari but why don't I get the same service?
