Sold a brand new faulty car nissan NP200

I bought a"so called" brand new nissan NP200 and from day 1 it has been giving me problems and as for now, its not with me since the 2nd of Jan. 2013 as it Broke down on me and it was towed to kokstad nisaan in KZN with a faulty gear box that just stopped working, before that it over heated while it only had 4000 km's, before that its aircon stopped working at only 1500 km's and before that its left door stopped opening. Nissan SA has just told me to wait for the car to be back and am still waiting to date, worse part is that I use the car to put food on the table and I have not been working now since the 2nd of January.
