Over the past couple of months I have had to call on Mastercare to rectify my microwave. Firstly when I called to report the problem it took an inordinate time for them to get a technician to my premises (Early Bird is a misnomer in this instance). The Microwave was taken apart by the technician and a component was removed to be taken away. About 2 weeks later the technician returned with a new component, but the microwave didn't work. It appeared that when he disassembled the microwave, he misplaced some component. This had to be sourced from the supplier (SHARP) and it took over a month. It was returned and worked except the neglected to change the bulb which illuminated the interior. In the interim, I had gone away. I informed them of the bulb issue and the technician came and took away the bulb for replacement, and yet again this event ran to well over a week. The day before the technician returned (after me moaning at the company) the microwave stopped working again. When he came to instal the bulb, he took away the controller circuit board, three weeks later the board and technician return, and the non-fixed board is re-installed. Unit not fixed, what are we paying for?
