Ridiculous Price to Replace Headlight Bul

Hello
My car was taken to William Hunt Service workshop in Durban for a service.

I was advised the the headlight bulb needed to be replaced.

I was astounded and taken aback at the ridiculous cost of replacing head light bulb.
2010 Opel Corsa 1.4 Essentia--quoted R378 including parts and labour.
I was advised that the bumper needs to be dropped to replace the bulb.
Does not this border on absurd...???
Surely a manufacturer of this calibre could not make a vehicle to rip off the customer..
