Avis deducts unauthorized fees

Through my insurer discovery I got car hire from Avis as part of my insurance. I signed their normal documents
I had to leave a deposit of R750 as per my insurance. Then I also had to use my credit card, no problem. I took the car out and used it for approximately 25 days, I returned to back to the same point at the airport and filled it up with no damages or scrapes. Two days ago they charged my credit card with a fee of R458, that they never advised me of on the contract. Now trying to get a hold of them after spending R75 on airtime and 5 calls later all the call centre guys are transferring me to an unanswered number. And they still don't want to tell me where on the contract they advised of the amount in query. All the other amounts they deducted are on the contract.
