Car not properly fixed

I took my car several times to Mercedes Benz to be fixed what ever problems that I mentioned to people working at Mercedes, but unfortunately I still experienced the very same problems. I stay in Witbank, I took my car to Witbank Mercedes and my car was not fixed, and then I decided to take my car to Johannesburg, whereby I thought proper job will be done, again I still experience the very same problems. What is it that I have to do in order for me to drive this car peacefully, I'm afraid to even drive it due to the complications that I experienced with this car. I'm not sure whether every one is learning with my car, by the way I bought a new car because I did not want to experience complications with second hand cars, but it looks as if I bought a second hand car. Can the CEO Dr Martin Zimmeiman assist regarding this matter. I'm hopeless with this situation.
