Horrific service delivery from IC AUTO Roodepoort:
In short our Juke was taken in for a normal service where the technician forgot to tighten bolts, vehicle was unable to reverse.
Vehicle was brought back to the dealer to fix the issue and icy attitude was received without apologising for poor workmanship.
The weekend afterwards I found my rims was damaged at the dealership.
I was unable to get in touch with the dealer principle telephonically to discuss the poor workmanship at the dealer to insure other customers do not suffer the same damage when the technicians work on their vehicles.
A mail was send to the dealer principle Joffrey Carbnari but no correspondence was received.
