Worse/poor service i have ever received!!!

I bought a car on the 29th of october 2013 in sylveton -pretoria east, i have never received such pathetic service.

i arrived in pretoria at around 3:30 and i have made arrangements with the sales person to be collected.i was stranded up until 6 oclock all he told me was he is busy with a "customer", which buffled me cos i was also a customer to collect a car.nevertheless was i disgusted about the service its been 10 days i still have no number plate and my licence registration, my car was on quarter tank when i received it AND there was NO GIFT mind you i bought a BRAND NEW CAR.

i would NEVER recommend that branch to anyone.they are pathetic!
i want my number plate delivered ASAP and my GIFT because i deserve it.all garages give gifts! this is not my first car and i refuse to be treated less than a custome
