Ford Kuga Titanium no review camera

I have brought a Ford Kuga and as advertised it should have a rear view camera as it is the Titanium version I brought - this was confirmed by the sales team but it needed to be connected. we agreed that this should be done once I collect my number plate - however once I returned to the dealer to collect my number plate its was said that it does not have a review camera but the sales person said that they will refer it to Ford SA. It has since been more than a month and no reply to my mails or phone calls at all...
I am really upset since the car in total had a nice price tag and i brought it specifically for the gadgets.

in addition the driver window has wind noise, and the workshop manager has agreed its not right and will get back to me, still waiting.

I feel this whole deal was firstly false advertisement and secondly the after sale service is pathetic...
I am truly disappointed and will have to go the the consumer board next.
