Shocking after service

I bought my new Ford on the 25th of July via finance. Almost 30 days later I have yet to receive my licence, number plate or any documents I signed at the dealership.

The temporary number plate is only valid for 21 days (which is more than enough time to get everything done). But up to today, I have yet to receive anything.

I keep being promised but no one is delivering. I have received 4 fines to date (5th one coming today) and they are not even taking responsibility for that.

I will never recommend Daly Auto, Daly Ford nor Daly BMW to anyone ever.
