Follow up on REF 180163 logged 27th May 2013; received an sms "Thank you for contacting our Callecenter. Your complaint is receiving our urgent attention" but nothing has been done.
I am writing with reference of the poor service we are receiving from Geen and Richards. We purchased a Damascus 11 piece dining room 10838110 suite on the Dec 12 2012 at Pretoria branch the consultant who was assisting us was Regina.

We did not receive the free gift (Russell Hobbs Sever Buffer Set) that we were promised. We made follow ups via phone and still have not received the free gift.
My parents reported a broken chair from the dining piece at Geen and Richards in East London, this matter has not been attended to it's over a month. My mother received an sms that they will come to collect the chair and that has not been done.
I look forward to receiving a response from you.
