Worst service by sales person & principle manage

It's been 2 months since I bought my car at Hyundai Dealership in The Glen and have had the worst service ever. Anton Van Heerden who helped me with the sale of my car hasn't been able to register the car in my name as at today. I've since wrote to the principle manager of Hyundai, The Glen, Mr Gerhard Coetzer and he never responds to any of my mails. I even called the Hyundai Customer Service/Complaints and the consultant asked me to send an email on everything that transpired but I have since got no response from him. What irritates me the most is that Anton never calls me to explain the delays in processing my documents or whatever reasons there might be, but I always have to call him or send him mails questing when I'll be getting my papers. The last e-mail I sent to him was on 8 February 2013 where I copied his principle manager and the consultant at Hyundai Customer Service and he replied that I will get my papers the following week on 12th of Feb which did not happen and he didn't have the courtesy to call and explain what went wrong. As of today my license disk has expired and I can't go anywhere for renewals as I don't have registration papers of my car.
