NON DELIVERY OF REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARD

On 23 April 2013 I reported my debit card as lost and requested a replacement card via FNB website.

On Friday 26 April 2013 a representative of CCD couriers phoned me to make arrangements to deliver the card. Upon hearing that the account is in my wifes name, the CCD employee indicated he must first get go ahead from his manager. He promised to phone back - needless to say I am still waiting for that call.

On Tuesday 30 April 2013 I made arrangements with CCD couriers to have the card delivered to me on Friday 3 May 2013 between 11:00 and 12:00. This did not happen. I phoned the company at 13:00 and was once again promised that they will phone back after ascertaining the facts. NOBODY phoned me back.

Out of pure desperation and since FNB card division did not respond, I escalated the issue to our Premiur Banker, Warren Browne. Typical of FNB, he just passed the back saying: "I have spoken to ccd couriers and they told me they were struggling to get hold of you or your wife" I corrected him with the above facts, but neither did he respond and I still have not received the replacement card.

If it wasn't such a shlep, I'll move all our accounts to another bank.
