Faulty shock saddles on X-trail

There has been a knocking noise coming from the front of my 2012 Nissan X-trail when I turn the steering wheel from the time I bought it last year. Dealers claim it is a faulty shock saddle, which they have replaced three or four times already but the problem is still persisting. McCarthy service team in Gateway and Durban blame Nissan for factory fault.
