A VERY EXPENSIVE CARWASH in my eyes!!!

I took my Ford Fiesta to get service, knowing i didnt have a service plan i knew i would spend a fair amount of money... however was really shocked at the quote they had given me and the service that they had done.
on the morning of dropping my car off i had asked them to check my front speaker (which they did not even check) asked them to check my wipers which would cost me R998! and to fix my bluetooth (they told me ithey would charge me R8000! to install meanwhile i had bluetooth which was not working!) and they proceeded to ask me, was i sure i had bluetooth and for a fact i knew i did... then when i returned to pick up my car they proceeded to tell me that i must come back and book my car in again as they have a bluetooth technician! i was so cross cause i had SPECIFICALLY ASKED them to check my bluetooth/... i feel that they have just given me a really good car wash... and barely fixed anything that i had requested. out of the things i requested less than half were fixed... and what highly annoyed me was my radio stations had been changed to the preference of the technicians so they could listen to what they wanted! i am very dissapointed in the service that was given!
