Trade in settled late, refunds still outstanding

In june 2013 i purchased a civic type r from velocity cars. I traded in a nissan np200. The deal was done in June. The trade-in should have been settled in June, however, they did not settle and i continued to be billed for the trade-in which is in their possession. 2 months later, I still do not have confirmation of settlement nor have I received all months installments refunded back to me that i have still been paying for, I received only one. I have complained on numerous accounts to Raza who never returns my calls. They also told me to pay for the number plates and they would refund that, but to date, they still have not done it. They owe me -R3000 and a letter of confirmation of settlement of the trade-in. I would not recommend Velocity Cars, after sales leaves much to be desired, and I found their finance department to be extremely inefficient in completing simple tasks. I did warn them that i would put this complaint on Hellopeter but it seems they are arrogant and just don't seem to care, taking your money is all they seem to focus on. I definitely do not recommend this dealership, period, it's been more than a month and still not resolved.
