Bad Service!!!

I had to get my car serviced at Hyundai and I called them to arrange for the booking. When I spoke to the lady I distinctly asked her if they provide courtesy cars. She confirmed to me saying "Yes mam we do", so with that being the case I arranged my entire friday as I would drop off the car, take the courtesy car and go on to clients.

When I got to Hyundai at 7:30am the lady at the counter said to me that she has no courtesy cars!!! After I had called to confirm this!!! I asked her why they convey incorrect information and she just said that she doesnt know.

I refused to leave the car there as I now already planned to see clients for the day and I could not cancel due to the bad service of Hyundai!

It wouldnt have been an issue if they didnt have courtesy cars but they had to convey that to the clients and not give us incorrect information. I wasted time in going there as I still left with my car not serviced!

This also hasnt been my first bad experience with Hyundai. When I bought my car I waited 6 months for a service book! I also left my car at Constantia (where I bought the car) for some repairs they had to do and I got the car back with nothing fixed!!!
