I called in to the number 0116502797 to do an application and got through to Stanton who at first was very eager to assist. He first told me a credit check has to be done before we can continue. He advised the check was passed and my docs are needed. That was the last time i heard from him, i called the next day to confirm if the documents was received as he did not confirm the day before as requested. He then said he is busy with my app and will call me back and that also never happened. The third day i called to find out how far the app is and got through to Clive who told me it was approved but not finalised, the term they used was sales order needs to be done. Then i asked a lady that works there to follow up and she was told it was declined due to ITC check. Still if this was the case why was i not notified??? I called 10 mins later to confirm what i was told and the 3rd person i spoke to advised my app is still in process. How confusing is this situation? This was my first inreraction with this company and after the service i recieved i wont encorage anyone to do business with this company.
