How to rip off a customer? ask barons n1 city

Barons n1 city damaged my brand new golf 7 gti bumper, they attempt to repair it and they mess it up further, my vehicle has been to them two months no compensation and still refuse to refund my safety film cash after they took back the car. Now if they weren't @ fault they would never have taken the car back, they accusing me of fitting a puncture plug in a tyre that now need to be replaced! To the person that bought the so called DEMO red golf 7 gti with 4000km on in sept/ oct, sorry to break the news but that aint no DEMO its a used car that was resprayed on the front bumper, that's what they do, disgusting. As for the spare key they waiting on, refund me for my safety film and I'll return your key, such a big dealership that still practice pre- 1994 tactics on clients. Still I'm not done with them, this matter will be taken to every single company involved with them. Bottom line don't buy from vw n1 city if you don't want to be ripped off
