WORST ASSISTANCE EVER

On the 30th October 2013 I've booked my Mitsubishi Pajero Sport for the 30 000km service. I complaint about my INTERIOR CARPET tearing!! The service manager, Sebastian, informed me they will take photo's and log a claim. I received no feedback. On the 6th November 2013 I contacted Sebastian. He informed me they can't log a claim until I come in once again for my vehicle to be check through. On the morning of the 8th November 2013 I took in my vehicle again, the did all the checks and said they will log the claim. Once again NO feedback. Around the 22nd November 2013 I phoned again, then I was informed by Sebastian that the person logging the claim incorrectly used the wrong code, thus they need to re-submit. I contacted the HEAD OFFICE and spoke to a David promising he'll sort it out. Heard nothing, I phoned AGAIN on the 6th December 2013 and David promised he will sort it out with Sandton branch. I got a call from Sebastian on the 9th December 2013 informing me they ONCE AGAIN logged the wrong code and need to re-submit, when I asked why? He said its human error, just one of those things! Promised to phone today, 10th, STILL NOTHING.
What MUST I DO! SELL MY CAR?? Buy TOYOTA?
