They refuse to give me my refund

I bought a crank shaft seal with Barons Pietermaritzburg and when i arrived at home in the Eastern Cape i found out that my mechanic has misdiagnosed the problem.i then took the part back to Barons parts department and they told me that they were to take 15% initially.later they told me that they wont give me a refund at all as they have ordered the spare part especially for me.so what am i going to do with a Volkwagen part that i dont need. I thought according to the Consumer Protection Act i am entitled to a full refund and what they are doing is totally different to the values they have listed in their website.i am dissappointed with the way i have been treated and i wish someone in the head office could help.i have never driven any other car apart from VW but now they have made me think twice when i buy my next car.my name is Yanga Mhlanga.
