Zevenwacht Mall

On 30/08/2013 both side mirrors of my vehicle was at Zevenwacht Mall. I went to the security's office to view the footage of the time I was there when the mirrors was & I am unhappy & so disappointed to report that I wasn't able to see anything on the footage. It is so unclear & the cameras only focuses for about a split second at a time where my car was parked. As a customer I feel that they must have decent cameras installed for customer's cars that is parked so far away especially when its month end & the shopping centre is so busy with no parking space close to the entrances. I have opened a case with regards to the at Kuilsriver Police station. If Zevenwacht Mall's security guards were doing their job properly, this wouldn't have happened. I now have to pay R3000.00 out of my own pocket to replace these mirrors.
