SHOCKING SERVICE FOR A BRAND NEW CAR

I took ownership of a brand new Cherry Tiggo TX 1.6 31/10/2012, since I received the vehicle a number of issues was listed and given to them when the car had to go back to them after 5, 000km, the list grew with more problems, list of problems:

Rubbers on front headlights was hanging out, they glued it at the dealership with super glue, now I had burned mark on the front headlights due to the super glue!!! Paint chipped of on the R side mirror; R window vinyl strip is faulty, I had cluster issues, with the speedometer cable jumping and the service light came on not even near a due service; L & R side mirrors shuttering; the vehicle is under power and requested a power run, rattles in the front of the car and on the L side; humming sound on the rear wheels, faulty body assembly at the back inside the back door; wind noise on all the windows!!!

Is this possible that none of the above problems have been sorted? YES, I took it up with the dealership originally and nothing was done, I then went contacted Chery SA directly and to my surprize nothing was done, I had to take my car to a new dealership more than 2 months ago and hear nothing from them since then.
