Faulty Vehicle (Chevrolet Optra 1.8 LT 2012 Model)

My current complaint is that in 2012 Williams Hunt Midrand put smash and grab on my vehicle. After receiving my vehicle back I noticed that there is an "air noise" entering the front of the vehicle by the windows. I informed them of this and took the vehicle back to the dealer where they adjusted the windows but this did not resolve the problem. They then believed that is was the roof rubbers and after addressing that it also did not resolve the problem.

I then took it back at least twice after that and on the 01.11.2013 I received a letter from GMSA Customer Service stating the resolution as follows (After inspecting the vehicle regarding the concern we confirm that the "wind noise" you are experiencing is commercially acceptable.) Stating when I drive my vehicle the wind brushes over my two side mirrors which cause the wind noise sound and that this is standard on this vehicle. I have had someone in the same field inspect this and they advised that Williams Hunt are taking the easy way out. I will post my concerns on all social networks so that future clients can acknowledge and probe the dealer thoroughly and to know the risk of receiving poor service into the future.
