Beware of this deale

Bought Nissan NP 200 on 12 April 2013. Traded in '08 BMW 320i Steptronic. Trade-in immediately placed on showroom floor of Synergy Auto, but not settled. Did not receive licence valid for a full year for NP 200. Trade-in not settled by end of April and had to pay instalment on vehicle that was standing on the premises of Synergy. Andre Niemand Junior promised a refund on the instalment - I have proof of the e-mails he sent me in this regard. I had to approach and pay a lawyer just to get him to settle the vehicle by 21 May 2013. After the lawyer intervened the vehicle was settled. It is 2 June today. Still no refund and it is up to me to fetch my license at the post office after I paid on road costs of close to R 5000. Have in the the 1st 1000 km that I had the NP 200, picked up problems with the clutch and brakes. At this stage I will rather fix it myself, rather than to deal with a dealer who doen not know how to communicate and that makes false promises - I have the proof on e-mail sent to me by this person.
