I have an issue with a new i10 auto which i purchased in order to reduce my fuel bills. I was assured by the saleslady that i could expect good consumption in the order of 8l/100k's for round town driving. 2000 k's later the best I have achieved is 10l/100k's despite taking it in to have the fuel/air mix adjusted.
I have contacted the help center for some explanation /help and the only feedback I have had is a frankly insulting form letter telling me how to calculate the consumption (why would I be complaining about consumption if I had no idea of how it is calculated).
I then mailed back Jessica asking her what steps will be taken further and asking for confirmation of receipt of my mail.
To date 7 days later I have had no reply/confirmation.
The company makes a big deal on their website of their fantastic customer relations. Well I for one think it and will not be getting any more Hyundai products in future.
