I am terribly disappointed with the service I got from Lindsay Saker Edenvale. I brought in my car for the 30K service and after the service, I realized my air- filter was changed as my "old" one was in the boot. As you can imagine I was impressed with the fact that they took initiative and changed it without me saying.
To my surprise this morning, my air- dies, I call their offices and get promised to be called back, however as expected NO 1 RETURNS MY CALL.It is strange how companies call you back 50 times when you bringing in money and will not even call you once when they have f*cked up.
I called them back to be told that I can bring my car in on Thursday. Due to the weather conditions, I begged for my car be booked in sooner only for the manager to tell me that it is not such an emergency and do I know how many cars are without an aircon!!! For sakes I drive 120 k's a day without fail and cannot afford for the visibility to be compromised. I had to drive home in the rain with my windows down just to clear my windscreen, will they pay my claim if I happen to be in an accident? The manager did not even apologize for the inconvenience or know their Head office numbe
