I wish to complement the 2 ladies Michelle and Mavis who were handling my repair service on my BMW X5 for a great job. They made sure I was kept up to date with regards to the progress on my vehicle repair work.

This was not the same on my the previous time when the car went for hail damage, I was not kept to date and had to always go through the insurance to get an update on my vehicle.
