I want to puke

Cars & Transport

I bought a used Hyundai Tucson 4:2 at a dealership near where i live. I than went to Hyundai Roodepoort to buy a service book and a spare key as these were not available from the other dealer I bought the vehicle from. On the day of the purchase of the service book and spare key, i was not told that i'd have to have the key programed to my vehicle so i tried starting my car with the new key, and the engine spanned but did not switch on, and this i did repeatedly but to no avail. So I asked the key maker, why and he advised me that it had to be programmed to y cars specifications and that if i continued to try and start the car, it would damage the electronics in the car. This information was not supplied to me by Hyundai Roodepoort. So i went back to the dealership and i was told that i would have to book the car in as they will need it for a day. No apology was forth coming. I then waited until the next service was due so both can be done whilst the car is at the dealership. So upon booking in the vehicle, i enquired re the key and i was told it would cost me an additional R250 for this. This off cause upset me and i even forgot to tell them what I would like to be looked at. SAD!
