VW ALPINE ENDANGERED MY LIFE

I sent my car in for a service a month ago and requested about 7 items to be looked at i.e. brakes, a rattle in the front of the car, wiper, etc. I got the car back and was told all was OK and I didn't have to change my brakes for at least another 15000km.

I start using the car and the brakes start to lock and screech really bad. I had to take it to quick fit to assess and only to find my brake-pads were so worn out that it damaged the drums as well. VW alpine says, "oh we will pay you R250 for your breakpads" and totally refuse to accept any liability for their poor service.

My tail light was also not working and not changed. Should have been part of a routine check by VW.

The rattle in my car had to be booked in again for them to assess and tell me that it was my shocks.

I really cant believe how poor the service has been. I have complained to VW head office but its a month later and I am nowhere.

This is daylight!!!
