Disappointed

My car for repairs i was told by the ownder that it would be about 2 weeks before i receive my car, by the 3rd week i started phoneing once or twice a week to track progress, the 4th week i speak to the owners wife and tell her what delivery time i wasgiven she basically called me a, saying that herhusband will never make a promise like that by the 5th week the owner said that it would be about 1 more week, few days later i was called and told that the car can be collected althoughthey still waiting for minor parts. When i collected the car i paid the rest of the excess. My son went with and we pointed out a few other faults i also send a mail of all the problems when i got home and checked the car through. about a month later the receptionist called and said that i should bring the vehicle for completion, I asked about all the faults and she indicated that she will get back to me, couple weeks later i got another call i asked the same question and got the same answer, a week or more ago I received another call this time i said i need a courtesy car for i need transport (they had the car 5-6 weeks prior) i was told that its impossible and she will get back, i am still waiting
