What a rip off!!

We booked car from UK, read T&Cs they said you would block R2000 for deposit. Picked car up and you insisted that you took this money from our card. You have our email address you should have at least informed us when this changed It was not even made clear when we picked the car up. There was another customer in the shop also complaining about the same thing. You have now taken this and it has cost me 2.75% transaction fee!! I presume there will be another charge when you refund it. You state that you will refund within 7 days. There is no reason you cannot refund at the same time as we dropped the car off. Reading blogs on this site it will be unlikely that we will receive the refund without a lot of hassle. In the meantime the credit card will take this from our bank account and we will loose interest on this @ 4%!!! We were going to book a car for 2 months and you want to take R6000 this time. You must be joking!! We have used your company many times, will never use you again. Please do NOT reply all the rubbish about waiting for card company to block the deposit - this is rubbish. Phoned Tesco Credit Card they say it will be blocked as soon as the transaction goes through - minutes.
