Card transaction

It amazes me that in a country where so much happens, a company as Budget rental has the odesity to process a card transaction. They at first hold a deposit from you, in all fairness that is fine, but now you are being charged for holding this deposit then that needs to be credited and further then they retreive the amount from your credit card and while you are not even in the store, that to me amounts to a transaction. As these bank charges are now for my charge, i urge everyone read the fine print on the docs you sign as this rental compnay gives others a bad name.
