Unable to fix a recurring Factory Fault

Our vehicle has serious problem of making an irritating noise when you start it in the morning. We took it on to BMW two times without any assistance up until we logged a Case with BMW SA and only then they gave us a courtesy car and the noise was quite. Well the problem has started again after a few months, and I had a meeting with the Sales Manager and one of the Leads from the service department in December. We all agreed that this car needs to be booked in again for another analysis, and I am still waiting for BMW to give us a date. We agreed on the rd of Jan, and when the date came I was sent from pillar to post, and still no resolution. BMW has wasted a lot of our money on stupid trips to Pretoria, and without getting any proper assistance. BMW needs to be exposed for what they truly are - Provide Bad After Sales Service to Customers with Factory Fault Vehicles, Fail to fix their Cars, Make every excuse to make sure that the warranty lapses so they can milk more money from customers. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, and Fix this Problem or Lets discuss other options.
