Highly important parcel not sent on time

I sent though a parcel from Johannesburg to flagstaff Eastern Cape( -970km away) on the 20th of January 12:00 consisting of important document. This parcel was sent on "overnight basis". Last night the parcel was still sitting in Port Elizaberth Eastern Cape ( -800km away from destination). This morning the same parcel is still in the East London and is yet to be delivered. I do not understand the concept of stating that somthing will be delivered overnight and after having confirmed if there will be any delays I was told that this will be sent.3 days later the document has not been sent. SPEED SERVICES is killing my business.

Should the none delivery of this document have dire consequences I will peruse legal action against the company.
