They selectively stick to rules

My name is theola.i normally opt for my parcels to be delivered to the bisely branch, where I have never had a problem!! I knw the uaual procedure when collecting a parcel is to bring along your identity document along with the post office card that is delivered to your home. I have done this a million times!!! I have even experienced being turned down because of nt having my Id. Having received my collection cards at home, I then proceeded to the post office! Only to be turned away! And having be told that my parcel was collected by someone else! This is utter nonsense and lack of management id say! So clearly the post office selectively obeys the rules! This is! I want my belongings andor footage of whom collected my possessions and the id document presented! Yes I am furious and expect a response! This is preposterous! And things like this should be reviewed! I know the paper would have a field day with this!!!
