Chery J2 falling apart

I have bought a Brand New Chery J2 from the Cliff at the Chery Dealership. I was happy with the car until it starting giving problems. First, the rear passenger door could not open from the inside. Then as I was washing the car I noticed the roof lining is loose, the panel in the boot is loose, the glue on the back bumper came loose. The next week after the issues, A pin from the brakes came loose and when I applied brakes the pedal stuck at the back. I spoke to Martin Lewis regarding this telling him that I would like a new car as this car seems to be giving problems. He kept on advising that he will have this repaired and that I should call them to book an appointment. He also told me that Chery is not willing to give me a new car therefore he will send it in for repairs. I felt like the dealer never considered my rights as he kept on brushing me off with the repairs story. I advised him that I am not happy to have it repaired and he didn't seem to happy about it and continued with telling me that he will organize that the BRAND NEW CAR be repaired. I have even mailed Imperial and Chery and is still awaiting a response from them.
