REGARDING: SHOCKING PRESALE SERVICE

This refers to my previous report on our experience with Jonway dealers in Malmesbury and Paarl.

I can happily report that Jonway phoned us and tried to assist us and make us happy. Norma really tried her best to help us and eventually she got the Paarl dealer to pay the money over. Though it was short paid the Paarl dealer drove to Wellington to apologise to my wife in person and pay the short paid amount. She was still the disadvantaged person in this story according to her and my opinion about the dealers has not changed at all.

I will however acknowledge the efforts made by Jonway SA in trying to resolve our problems. I would even consider buying a bike from them if I lived in any other area. Unfortunately I would still have to deal with either Paarl or Malmesbury.
