Terrible service and damaged car even more

We sent the car for a major service. During the service they called us to tell us we need to get 2 front break pads and 2 disc pads which cost us a further R1700 which was not really required but they insisted we buy it. When we received the car back it was not functioning properly. There were several problems that weren't there before, we sent the car back and they attempted to fix those problems but made it worse. They kept coming with excuses as to why the car was slowly malfunctioning. Now we cannot use the vehicle at all. We assume that this is just a for us to keep coming back.
